I just received a delivery arranged through flexistore. We agreed a price for a same-day delivery, and received the item 5 days later. I said to the driver that I wouldn't pay the full amount, as it was a breach of contract; I offered to pay £20 more than the other 5-day delivery quotes I had received. The driver called flexistore's director, who then proceeded to verbally abuse me on the phone, threatening to call the police. He ended with "It's my ****ing company, and I can do what the **** I want" My recommendation: avoid.
